TRIALS AND MOLD APPROVING

we produce customized molds.
After optimizing the design we build the mold. The parts are meticulously machined and shaped. We assemble the various sections of the mold, complete with extraction and injection mechanisms.
We test the mold with trials to verify that the plastic material flows properly through the channels and that the final part meets the required specifications. When the mold has succeeded in passing all the necessary tests and optimizations, we consider it ready for mass production.
1. Mold production
During this phase there is the machining and assembly of the components of the mold.
2. Mold trial
The first trial takes place after the assembly. Here we check the correct flow of plastic material through the mold’s channels. Trials are a necessary step to control that plastic material flows smoothly and without obstructions. The result should be a complete and without defects item.
3. Final approval
Additional inspections are done on the item and on the mold. Once they have passed all the inspections, the mold is ready for series production.
