THE DESIGN STAGES
Efficient mold design and simulation
Designing a mould is a complex process that requires precision and attention to detail since every mould is unique. The mould must be able to produce plastic products that last over time. During the design process it is necessary to consider several factors: thickness of manufactured products; production times; costs of the various components to be used, research of the machines for production, choice of plastic materials suitable for each single article, evaluation of production times, choice of dimensional shrinkage for each type of manufactured product and the plastic material that needs to be used.
1. Project analysis
Design starts from the study of product requirements, materials and mold characteristics.

2. CAD design
Mock up of the 3D model.
3. Optimization
Advanced simulations improve efficiency and prevent defects.
