MOLD DESIGN

Molds’ design is entrusted to FCS-RD srl, a startup born within Futura Stampi with the aim of creating cutting-edge projects thanks to state-of-the-art software programs and highly experienced designers. We also collaborate with engineering firms to improve the industrialization of the product and to search for new technical solutions.

MOLD PRODUCTION

Once the project is ready, the second phase is the production of the mold. From the selection of the steel and standardized components to the precise machining in the workshop, every step plays an important role in the manufacturing of a mold for serial production that meets our customers’ needs. Our molds can be assembled on injection, compression and extrusion molding machines and they are designed to produce automotive parts, lighting lamps, household appliances, and devices for the medical sector.

INJECTION MOLDING

After assembling the molds, they get tested with our injection molding machines. The purpose is to verify the technical characteristics and the production capacity of the mold. We also offer an additional service which is to provide the customer a sufficient quantity of parts that allow him to introduce his product to the market.
