The mould testing is completely done in our company. We have a special injection moulding department, at present equipped with 5 Injection moulding machines and a capacity from 200 to 1100 t, where we also produce samples and small series for our customers.
With our high qualified molding equipment we can deliver the molds "ready for use": the customer doesn´t need to spend anymore time in moldtesting , and the production at customer plant can start immediately.
Our special customer service helps you integrating the new mould in your production process in an optimal way and covers you in case of problems during your production:
This means for example:
• Set up assistance of the mould at customer site.
• Assistance in case of defect or production problems, normally in 24h.
• Staff training on customersite to optimize the use of the mould.
• Production of preseries, small series
• Fast repair service after the guarantee has expired
