Manufacturing
The manufacturing data like CNC -
cutterpathes are created on the base of the CAD model, calculated
almost automatically, and then distributed to the CNC machines via
our local Area Network (LAN). At present we are using more and more
5 axes high speed milling technology to meet our customers
needs.
Regarding to prototypes we are used
to deal with STL data which can be prepared to drive a rapid
prototyping machine. We use this way if our customer needs some
prototypes or models for testing reasons.
However, its not always the machine but the skill of a modelmaker
who helps to create a perfect looking model.
Moulds from Futura stampi are
designed to be used for high production quantities, easy
maintenance and reliability in production processes.
High quality and certified materials from well known companies are
used in manufacturing the moulds.
Basically all our moulds are designed
for intensive cooling possibilities , i.e. more cooling circuits
than necessary. That means for the user to have the possibility of
an eccellent fine tuning of the mould. Results are
remarkable.
Our customers can get always in
direct contact with our production and can be informed about the
progress of the mould production, for that we use a computer
controlled visual progress report system.
