Development
Almost all of our
development staff and our engineers have practical experience from
the shopfloor:
they know what is technically possible, that means that they are
"real world oriented" in developing models and moulds which are
reliable and easy to maintain in the production
processes.
The whole development and design of
the mould, including the realization of complex cutterpath creation
is done internally. We use 3D CAD-CAM Systems from Unigraphics,
Dassault (CATIA), Sescoi (WorkNC)
The starting point of the product
modelling can be different: sometimes we start from the product
design or we get only a 2/3D drawing, or a 3D Mockup. In the last
case we need to digitize these models and to create freeform
surfaces based on these 3D datapoints. ( reverse engineering
technology).
Furthermore we use other technologies
like Moldflow - Analysis to optimize the mould design in the early
phase of design.
Due to our internal organistion we
can fit very easily in simultaneous engineering processes used by
customers.
